Mombasa police are on high alert after detecting renewed radicalization of youths in the tourist city.
Intelligence gathered shows there are indeed activities that opine radicalization of youths to join terror networks.
The new leadership in the Masjid Musa mosque and the Sakina mosque have started preaching teachings with a Islamist slant.
