The president of the republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has hinted at another seven year time as times goes by.
Kagame is in Boston giving lectures on the Rwanda recovery from the 1994 genocide that left over 800,000 people dead.
The Rwandan president blames Western powers for both triggering the genocide and turning a blind eye on the massacre.
Paul Kagame new term in office is most likely to happen.
The president has done quite well though critics will make a lot of noise about it.
Kagame has made the economy grow, he has modernized Rwanda, there is education, good infrastructure, and there is relatively good life here, a Rwanda intelligence source says.
However, to vie for a third term, Kigali must change the current constitution.
The Paul Kagame political circles can do this quite easily and the third term will come in handy.
