More than 100 Daesh terrorists have been killed in northern Iraqi city of Mosul when Iraqi F-16 fighter jets airstrikes struck five Daesh positions.
War media network of Iraq’s Defense Ministry announced on Wednesday that more than 100 Daesh terrorists were neutralized, 40 others reportedly injured in F-16s air raids.
On October 18, Iraqi army supported by U.S.-led coalition airstrikes launched a much anticipated operation to retake Iraqi’s second largest city of Mosul which was taken by Daesh terrorists in mid-2014,
Iraqi forces are determined to retake Mosul which is the last Daesh stronghold in northern Iraq.
