Allied Defense Forces (ADF) rebels in the Democratic Republic of Congo have killed at least 16 people and injured several others following an attack in the restive Beni region. According to eyewitness accounts, the evening surprise attacks happened in the city with heavy gunfire rocking the area until at night.
