Four top ISIS leaders join the list of most wanted terrorist by the United States, with a 4 million dollars reward on each.
Abd al-Rahman Mustafa al-Qaduli, Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, Tarkhan Tayumurazovich Batirashvili and Tariq Bin-al-Tahar Bin al Falih al-Awni al-Harzi.
These are the names of the top ISIS leaders wanted by the United States following the ISIS Texas attack in which “two soldiers of the caliphate” were pointed out as the masterminds behind the Texas attack.

The United States has described Adnani as an official Islamic State spokesman, Batirashvili as a battlefield commander in northern Syria and Harzi as chief of Islamic State suicide bombers.
The highest US offer is on Islamic State leader, Abu Bakar al-Baghdadi which stands at $10m.
ISIS leader al-Baghdadi is currently suspected to be nursing severe injuries following a US airstrike which hit him together with other ISIS leaders.
The Texas attack was the first attack on the American soil which ISIS claimed responsibility.
Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi who were roommates in Phoenix were pointed out to have been spreading ISIS propaganda through their Twitter accounts, urging jihadists to attack the United States.
