Rebels attacked a United Nations convoy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, killing two peacekeepers.
Four more peacekeepers are missing following the Wednesday ambush that also left 13 other peacekeepers wounded.

The United Nations said in a news release that the attack that took place in Beni targeted peacekeepers and those who lost their lives were Tanzanians.
Gunmen had a day earlier forced down a United Nations helicopter that was carrying the mission’s commander which however landed safely.
