Turkish Forces Kill 40 Terrorists and Arrested Several For Aiding and Abetting Terrorists

Turkish Armed Forces conducted successful counter-terrorism operations across Turkey over the past week, neutralizing a total of 69 terrorists.
In a statement, the Turkish Armed Forces said they conducted 1,683 counter-terrorism operation from June 4-11 with the support of land and air forces.
Forty of terrorists were killed, seventeen were captured and twelve surrendered to Turkish authorities.
234 people were arrested for allegedly aiding and abetting the PKK terrorist group and 37 others for their suspected links to the Daesh terrorist group.
492 people were arrested for suspected links to the Fetullah Terrorist Organisation (FETO) behind the July 2016 failed coup.Police also seized, 12 shelters, several caves,8 IEDs,26 hand grenades, 24 assorted weapons and 4,320 rounds of ammunition.
