Somali Intelligence Puts Bounty on Ahmed Omar Abu Ubeyda Leader of Al-Shabaab

The Somali national intelligence and security agency will reward $US 2 million for information leading to the arrest of Al Shabaab militant group leader Ahmed Omar Abu Ubeyda.

Newly appointed Somali Intelligence chief Gen. Abdirahman Mohamed Turyare promised to reward $US 2 million on anybody who provides information leading to the arrest of Al Shabaab militant group leader.
Gen. Turyare said that the Intelligence service will reward $ US 1 million for information that would lead to the killing of the Al Qaida linked leader.

The intelligence services also promises to conceal the identities of the informers.
