Open source intelligence reports indicate that two PKK terrorists were on Monday 29th August 2016 killed in an operation conducted in Turkey’s eastern Van province.
Security source told Anadolu News Agency that, Turkish security forces killed the two who had been occupying a resident’s house in province’s Edremit district.
Security forces conducted search where the two were living and seized assortment of weapons.
PKK is a listed terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and EU.
The terrorist group resumed its decades-old armed campaign in July last year.
The encounter has since then left more than 600 security personnel martyred and more than 7,000 PKK terrorists killed army operations.
