Latest military intelligence reports from Somalia indicate that the country’s National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) captured two Al-Shabaab terrorists in Dharkenly district, Mogadishu Somalia.
According to the spokesman of the Ministry of Internal Security, Abdikamil Moalim Shukri, the two terrorists were captured and are being interrogated in Mogadishu for more leads.
Security operations have been heightened from across Mogadishu following the recent car bomb attack that left more than 10 civilians killed in Lido Beach restaurant.
AMISOM, Somali Army forces and Police are carrying out operations aimed to secure the whole capital city of Somalia and its neighbouring localities.
The joint security operations have seen forces recover large cache of arms/ammunition from militia in Mogadishu.
