Police intercepted three men en-route to Somalia possibly to join the Islamist militant group Al-Shabaab.
The men left Isiolo three County two weeks ago using motorbikes were intercepted and arrested at Dagahaley refugee camp in Garissa.
According to Isiolo County Commissioner George Natembeya, the three young men from Tullo-roba were part of an initial group group of six.
The six according to their parent who reported their disappearance to the authorities were all friends and aged below 35v years.
Mr Natembeya confirmed of their arrests saying they will be returned to Isiolo by police to for interrogation.
Police recently have increased counter-terrorism operation s and have questioned several people believed to behind youth recruiting in Isiolo into joining Al-Shabaab terrorist group.
