An 83-year-old New York woman Phyllis Eson has been charged with the murder of her husband
Phyllis pleaded not guilty to beating her 89-year-old husband Norman Eson to death.
Phyllis Eson, of Tonawanda, north of Buffalo was charged wih manslaughter Tuesday in state Supreme Court. She’s accused of killing Norman Eson in their home July 6.
An autopsy showed Norman Eson died from head trauma hence making Phyllis answerable to manslaughter charge.
