There was a bomb scare outside the Technical Institute of Kenya in Nairobi after an object suspected to be a bomb was found at the institution’s gate.
Police reportedly found the object on Moktar Daddah Street on Wednesday morning.
Quickly they sealed of the area and launched investigation with team of bomb expert whom established the object was not a bomb.
The Police cleared the scene and normalcy and access to the street resumed.
Police have been on high alert following sporadic attacks by terror group al Shabaab and called on members of the public to remain vigilant while about their businesses and report any suspicious persons or activities to any police station immediately.
