Nigerian military has vowed to continue with effort to rescue the kidnapped Chibok girls by Boko Haram insurgents.
According to Brigadier General Rabe Abubakar, director of Defense Information, Nigerian military will intensify their operations in combating terrorism.
Abubakar said the military would not be deterred to rescue all civilians including the Kidnapped Chibok school girls abducted by the Islamist militant group, Boko Haram.
Brigadier Abubakar noted that the army has not given up efforts to find the missing girls and return them home safely to their parents.
The renewed efforts comes just after a day after Boko Haram recently released video allegedly showing proof that the kidnapped school girls were still alive.
“So the issue of video or not video is not our concern, because that will not affect our military operations… towards liberating whoever are with the terrorists; either the Chibok girls or non-Chibok girls," Brigadier Abubakar added.
