Mandera County Commissioner Fredrick Shisia called on residents not to harbour Al-Shabaab terrorists linking the rampant terrorist attacks in the area as failure by locals to provide information on Al-Shabaab.
According to Shisia, authorities have knowledge that the intelligence network of the Al-Shabaab harbours in Mandera and only the executers of the attacks cross over from Somalia.
