Islamic State has once again warned to attack five different states in the United States namely; Virginia, Maryland, Illinois, California and Michigan.
The warning comes days after Pamela Geller, the sponsor for campaigns in the United States brought together artists in Texas for a drawing contest depicting the Muslim prophet Muhammad.
Moments later, there was an attack which killed two police officers and Garland police officers returned fire and killed both gunmen.
Islamic State later came out and claimed responsibility for the attack, and further warned of more attacks on the American soil.

In their warning, Islamic State claimed to have 71 trained soldiers in 15 different states who are ready to execute terror attacks on the United States once they receive instructions.
The group adds that the next six months will be interesting for them and called for dua (call for prayers) from their leader, Abu Bakar al-Baghdadi.
Islamic State is known to issue warnings of a possible attack before they execute the same. Intelligence teams in the US have however confirmed that they are working on these alerts in order to verify whether they are real or part of Islamic State propaganda.
