Iraqi Army Thwarts Bomb Attacks, Kills 38 Daesh (Islamic State) Militants in Baghdad

Iraqi army has carried out an air operation early Friday killing 38 Daesh militants, the country’s Joint Operations Command has said in a statement.

The army also thwarted planned bomb attacks in Baghdad, southern provinces.

Among those killed in the army airstrikes include high value figures with Daesh as well as suicide bombers.
