German jihadist returnee Harry S who fought with ISIS in Syria has been a reliable source of intelligence for German authorities. Harry has affirmed that the terrorist organization has been investing in swelling its numbers especially in Europe to use them to mount attacks in Germany and Europe as a large.
Harry who was arrested in Bremen in July saying he left Syria when the atrocities and violence by the group became intolerable and has since been providing information to the authorities on the ISIS and its operations.
Harry has warned of simultaneous attacks on all major cities in Europe with his information helping to foil an attack in a football stadium in Hannover, Germany.
In November, German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said that over 750 Germans had joined IS, while around 200 had returned home (sic). On December 4th, Berlin signed up to 1200 military personnel and 6 Tornado reconnaissance jets to Syria to help in the war against ISIS in the US-led coalition.
