Friday 28th November 2015, Paris held a solemn ceremony to remember the victim of the multiple attacks.
Speaking to thousands in attendance President Francois Hollande vowed that the country will not give in to terrorism neither fear or hate but one thing remained clear is that the country will pursue the perpetrators to their last element.
France will defeat the army of fanatics – meaning terrorists –and we will crush them, Hollande assured the country mourning terrorist attack that left 130 people dead and scores injured.
Islamic State militants claimed credit for the attacks. Since then some mastermind of the attacks have been killed and others arrested.
Among the crowd were some of the 350 people injured in the attacks, many in wheelchairs.
The terrorists attacked on people on a concert hall, outside a football stadium and even on a restaurant but President Hollande retaliated that terrorism would be defeated and France would respond to the attacks with more “songs, concerts and shows. We will continue to go to stadiums fearless.
