Kenya government suspends operations of bus companies alleged to be linked to Al Shabaab terror group

The list of the sympathizers and financiers were released few days after the April 2, 2015 Garissa University College attacks
Four bus companies suspended over links to terrorism have been cleared and free to resume business.
Sabrin Bus Services Limited, E-Coach, City to City Bus Services Limited and G-Coach operations were suspended and their bank account frozen for investigation.
Through a consent recorded on Thursday during a meeting at State Law Office, the government signed a consent clearing the four bus companies to resume operations and have their various bank account reopened.
A letter from Criminal Investigation Directorate indicated there is no substantial evidence linking the four companies to terrorism activities.
The bus companies operate Nairobi, Garissa and Mandera routes.
