Al-Shabaab militants publicly beheaded two men in Yasoman village near Bulobarde, Hiran region at night.
The two men were suspected to be informants working for Somali government as well as AMISOM forces.
Al-Shabaab beheadings have increased as more al-Shabaab militants are speculated to be spies, causing frictions within the ranks of the outlawed group.
Just last week, Al-Shabaab militants executed two Kenyan fighters accusing them of spying for Somalia intelligence.
Public beheading are used mostly by terror groups to instil fear within their subjects, and enemies.
