The owner of the Toyota NZE that was used by terrorists at Pangani police station was arrested Thursday, police sources have confirmed.
Ahmed Dugal Ali is the registered owner of the Toyota NZE vehicle involved in the Pangani Bomb Blast.
Dugal Ali bought the vehicle in year 2000 and has remained the registered owner as per the logbook and search conducted at Kenya Revenue Authority database after a police request, a common procudure used to identify vehicle ownership in the country.
Mr Ahmed Dugal Ali will be debriefed to provide insight on the occupants of the vehicle and how they came to be in its possession.
