Four Al-Shabab terrorists were killed in a raid by Puntland Security Forces (PSF) during the weekend, by Puntland Security Forces (PSF).
PSF in a statement said that the raid against the Al-Qaeda (AQ) linked Al-Shabaab terrorists occurred in the areas of Booj and Dhagahbuur in Al-Madow Mountains.
The PSF added they successfully pushed Al-Shabaab fighters out of Galgala and Sugure villages.
PSF forces have been battling Al-Shabaab since the terrorist group began an insurgency in the Galgala Mountains in 2010.
The Puntland forces also are tackling ISIS, a small armed group led by Abdikadir Muumin which pledged loyalty to ISIS in 2015.
The small ISIS faction broke from the parent Al-Shabaab group.
