Troy Dale West has been released from Jail after serving six months for beating Tasha Hill.
Mr. West is a White man and Miss Hill a black woman. West attacked Miss Hill, an army reservist.
Dale was released early after his charge was reduced to simple misdemeanor
The man beat an army reservist, Tasha Hill in front of her daughter.
The incessant White man yelled racial insults at Miss Hill as he beat her Tasha Hill in September 2009 outside a metro Atlanta Cracker Barrel.
He was jailed for six months at a Georgia jail where he served only 43 days.
According to Worth County Sheriff Freddie Tompkins Troy Dale West was released Dec. 3.
Sherriff Tompkins insisted that having misdemeanors instead of felonies made Mr. West to work as free man but still under police watch.
American intelligence agencies are closely monitoring the gradual slip of racism in the United States.
It is feared that upon election of president Obama, racial problems, especially between Blacks and Whites are on the rise though slowly.
