Erik K. Paulik a northern Massachusetts school bus driver faced DUI charges after he crashed a school bus on a smaller one after he failed to slow down his bus at an intersection.
Police say Mr. Erik Paulik blew the alcohol limit three times higher after he was tested for blood alcohol level.
Paulik’s blood alcohol was 2.7 which health officials in the traffic department charge is more than three times the legal limit.
