A Danish city court in Aarhus ordered a 24-year old Somali terrorist be remanded to custody for four weeks in a case linking him to explosives found in Jutland city.
In a preliminary hearing that was held in behind closed doors, Judge Tina Rud announced the verdict.
During the police raid at his apartment, the Somali man refused to come out of the apartment willingly forcing the police to use teargas after which he surrendered to the police.
East Jutland police previously reported that the 24-year old had been charged in possession of small amount of explosives.
The four weeks duration will allow police to conclusively deal with the probe.
