Galmudug Administration has recorded ayet another success owing to the fall of Amara village from Al Shabaab grip.
The forces of the newly formed Interim administration of Galmudug took full control of Amara village in southern Mudug region, after battle with Al shabaab militants.
The administration forces killed dozens of militants during the wee hours fight. Militants fled and villages reported that the village was now under full control of the forces.
Al shabaab militants have been controlling the village for nearly two weeks after capturing it from Galmududg troops.
