Higher Education minister, William Ruto has vowed he will not resign even after a court ruling charged him of graft. Ruto is accused of fraud involving a whooping 96 million shillings.
The court ruled that the Higher Education minister should face trial. However, Naivasha Member of Parliament, John Mututho has defended Ruto saying the minister was being sacrificed and was not liable of any wrongdoing.
