I doubt that.There are countless screens and food courts in that mall.Even if its just one floor.Its also not hard for them to make all kinds of self-made weapons in there.Starving them would also mean starving the hostages.It been now over 24 hours.Neutralizing is not the tàctic to be using..Let it be a do or die situation.Ambush and salvage what can be saved.Time is not on our side.
