Ahmed Mohammed Abdullahi aka Arab has been charged with 8 counts of terrorism and being in Kenya illegally.
The man of Somali origin was arrested alongside others during a sting operation by the Anti-Terror Police on March 13th 2015.
Mohamed Abdullahi was in possession of 0.615-kilograms of highly explosive RDX material and other bomb making components.
The prosecutor further charged that Ahmed Mohammed Abdullahi acquired a Kenyan identity through false pretense.
He denied the charges and will be remanded until April 20th.
