Ugandan Plane Denied Takeoff in Mogadishu

A Ugandan aircraft has been denied takeoff by  airport administration, intelligence reports confirm.

This has led to a commotion in the airport.

The airport administration claims that the Ugandan plane has not paid a months fee to use the facility.
