Latest media reports from Somalia indicate that U.S attack helicopters on Saturday morning attacked an Al-Shabaab camp near Afgoye town in Lower Shabelle.
The warplanes reportedly conducted aerial bombardments near an Al-Shabaab makeshift camp killing dozens militants believed to be new recruits training.
Corresponding reports from open sources say the American warplanes raids took place at Warmahan and Tihsile which are under the control of the Al-Qaeda-linked Al-Shabaab group
U.S. and Kenyan warplanes have been conducting aerial attacks targeting Al-Shabaab camps which have left hundreds of Al-Shabaab fighters, recruits and senior commanders killed.
