ANKARA, 15/2/2015, Turkish army raided PKK terrorists’ targets in southern Turkey’s Amanos Mountains.
Four PKK targets were hit by airstrikes late Tuesday killing over dozen terror figures according to Turkish General Staff said in a statement.
Earlier Tuesday, Turkish security officers detained at least 834 PKK-linked terror suspects during major swoop operations conducted countrywide.
The PKK is listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S., and EU.
The extremist group has seen more than 1,200 perish and thousands injured including security forces and civilians since the group resumed it decades-long campaigns against Turkey in July 2015.
In anti-terror operations, more than 10,000 PKK terrorists have been killed or apprehended.
