Toppling Gaddaffi Top Priority for NATO

After weeks of emotions across the Araby and friends of Libya, the stakes are high and getting rid of Muamar Gadaffi is a priority.
Many countries including China and Russia find this wrong and dictatorial. These countries have complained but done nothing about it.
Africa led by South Africa and Uganda are sending help to Gadaffi including arms and logistics.
Unfortunately, the French and British are bent on removing Gadaffi.
Strafing Gadaffi forces on the weekend and then sending the rebels to Adjabiya has proved this.
Unfortunately, the NATO led force lacks any knowledge of an impeding massacre in Libya and like the mistake in Iraq, could plunge the Libyans into a long protracted civil war.
Libyans who are pro Gadaffi are getting armed to fight against the rebels who are backed by the west.
The civil war will be long and perilous.
