United States is grappling with homegrown terrorism and racial discrimination after two police officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were killed by a a deranged criminal Ismaaiyl Brinsley.
Police officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were killed inside their patrol car by a lone gunman who had earlier killed his girlfriend.
Ismaaiyl Brinsley ambushed the two cops shooting each on the head with a silver gun.
The terrorist had earlier posted messages on Instagram warning of his intentions.
Ismaaiyl Brinsley, 28, wrote on his Instagram account: “I’m putting wings on pigs today. They take 1 of ours, let’s take 2 of theirs,” hours before the killings
