Tanicia Goodwin, a mother of two set her house on fire after slitting her kids throats in a very bizarre incident in Salem District of Massachusetts.
The two children aged ages 3 and 8 respectively, suffered very serious injuries and remain in critical condition at the Children Hospital Boston where they were rushed.
Tanicia Goodwin is 25 years of age and comes from Salem, Massachusetts.
Ms Goodwin, a vicious killer, will be arraigned in the Salem District Court to answers charges for two counts of assault with intent to murder and two counts assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and arson.
Tanicia Goodwin torched her apartment with the two children left for the dead in adjacent seventh-floor apartments just before 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
About 50 people were left homeless after Tanicia Goodwin apartment fire spread and torched the adjacent apartments and the entire building.
