Syrian Army and Armed Forces units engaged separately ISIL and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations in Deir Ezzor and Homs provinces.
During the clashes, the army units killed dozens terrorists allied to these two terror organization and injuring a number of them.
According to SANA reports, the clashes centered in the surroundings of al-Maqaber (cemeteries) area, adding that a number of ISIL terrorists were killed in the clashes and others were injured, in addition to destroying their arms and ammunition.
In an operation conducted against ISIL terrorists in al-Maqaber area several terrorists were killed and more than 60 others injured.
Meanwhile, an army unit foiled an attack by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on military points in the surroundings of the area of al-Houla dam in the northwestern countryside of Homs.
Abdullah Bin al-Khleif, a senior commander of one of the terrorist groups, Khaled Bin Abdullah al-Twehe, and Ibrahim Nayef Qadour were identified among the senior terrorists figures killed in the clashes.
