EVENT SUMMARY
15th February 2016, Suspected terrorist identified as Abdulhafididh Issa Faral was on Monday arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi.
The suspect was charged on being in possession of a mobile phone device with a sim card containing a video article intended to be used in instigating terror acts on January 26, 2016 in Mombasa County.
The court ordered Abdulhafididh Issa Faral be detained in custody until Friday 19, 2016 when his bail application will be heard.
