A suicide bomber and his companion were arrested during an operation of the Special Forces of National Directorate of Security in Kabul.
According to the National Directorate of Security (NDS), the two suspects were arrested during the operation which was conducted in Surobi district of Kabul.
The statement further added that the NDS Special Forces also seized a suicide bombing vest, a pistil, and two hand grenades.
According to National Directorate of Security, the detained suicide bomber has been identified as Rahmanullah son of Waliullah and his companion has been identified as Raz Mohamamd son of Mohammad Hassan.
Rahmanullah was recruited by a Taliban group leader Baghdadi and was trained and prepared to target a gathering of people and security forces in Surobi district, NDS added.
