Rwanda Defense Forces on Standby Mode as M23 Rebels and Congolese Army Deny Shelling Rwandan Villages.
The Policy of Distractive Military Activity is in Play in Congo Conflict.
United Nation military peacekeeping task force top brass have confirmed that none of the active and deployed Congolese Army artillery units fired shells to Rwandan territory.
Intelligence resources in Congo cannot verify whether M23 Rebels fired the shells to Rwanda.
M23 will not fire into Rwanda since all their units are advised and in most cases proxy led by Rwanda Defense Forces officers.
It is then very unlikely for M23 units to fire shells at targets in Rwanda. This begs the question WHO SHELLED RWANDA ON THURSDAY 29TH AUGUST 2013?
Hypothetical it could be M23 or Congolese Army units.
