A robber that has been targeting motorists along the busy Uhuru highway was shot dead by police on Wednesday night.
Initial report indicates that police trailed the assailant to Uhuru Park after snatching a mobile phone from a motorist close to Parliament Buildings.
Police said the attacker popularly known as Kevo has been harassing motorist and has been on their list for some time citing of committing similar crimes many times.
Police recovered the stolen mobile phone and his body was taken to City Mortury.
