According to Orange County, North Carolina, Superior Court Judge Carl Fox, John Edwards settled a civil lawsuit between them mandating the destruction of Edwards sex tapes featuring Edwards and Reille Hunter.
John Edwards sex tape will remain with his ex-lover Reille Hunter, the courts ruled, making the lady the biggest winner in the Edwards sex tape case.
Reille Hunter shattered John Edwards presidential ambitions when she revealed her extra marital affair with Edwards which saw them bear a baby girl.
However, the Edwards sex tape will remain with Miss Reille Hunter but must be destroyed and no copies kept let alone be reproduced whatsoever, the court categorically instructed.
Judge Carl Fox guided that the court clerk destroy the Edwards -Reille Hunter sex tape, while the Youngs must ensure a copy of the video they gave to the U.S. government is destroyed, per the agreement.
