It is now clear that Prime Minister Raila Odinga is working hand in hand with foreign powers to prosecute his key political opponents through the ICC.
Political heavy weights, William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta both whom are adversely mentioned as masterminds of the 2007 post elections violence might be facing ICC cases paving way for Mr Odinga.
Either through his connections through the United States and Communist countries, Mr Odinga who called for mass action causing political emotions and subsequent violence seems to be using the ICC as a tool to clear the political field in 2012.
Based on credible information and reports by politicians, Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto are blamed for the violence and have been burdened with the responsibility of owning up.
However, it is arguably obvious that there is no political, legal, or electoral evidence that suggest that the 2007 election was rigged let alone show that Mr Odinga won.
Legally, the blame on the violence would fall on him for calling on mass action and for the fact that the violence and deaths witnessed were in areas that had voted for him overwhelmingly.
Unfortunately, Intelligence sources suggest that Mr Odinga through Koffi Annan and the United States might have ganged up to manipulate ICC and execute Ruto and Uhuru to level the Kenyan political battlefield.
