Qatar released a statement strongly condemning the suicide bombing at a market in Wanlaweyn, 90 kilometers (55 miles) south of Mogadishu, killing at least 10 innocent civilians.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs restated Qatar’s firm position rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives or reasons.
The statement voiced Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims, the people of Somalia and the Government of Somalia.
