Police on Tuesday morning gunned down four criminal thugs in Karen, Nairobi and recovered an AK47 rifle with eight bullets.

In a separate incident on Monday night, three suspected thugs were killed in the Nairobi.
Two were lynched by a mob in Embakasi while the third one was shot by police in Huruma after a botched robbery.
The two thugs were part of a criminal gang that had been attacking and robbing residents when an alarm was raised.
