Police on Thursday morning gunned down a thug in a botched robbery along Juja road, Nairobi.
According to police initial report, the gunned down thug belongs to a criminal gang targeting motorists along the busy Juja road.
The thug, who was in the company of three others, was killed after motorists sounded an alarm of their activities.
Police recovered a pistol, knives, and eight mobile phones believed to have been stolen from victims of the attack.
The body was moved to the mortuary.
This increases to ten, the number of criminal elements killed in Nairobi in two separate incidents for the past two days in Nairobi.
