ICC prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo is further losing his grip on the Kenyan post-election violence after presiding judge Ekaterina Trendafilova.
In her ruling judge, Trendafilova ordered the prosecutor to do a full disclosure of all the evidence to the suspects and their legal teams.
Mr Ocampo had attempted to have the disclosure quashed by the court basing his argument on compromising his witnesses.
Ocampo witnesses are still in Kenya and the prosecutor was worried that a full disclosure with the Kenyan admissibility case not quashed would compromise the witnesses.
In a ruling that will make the suspects defense teams happy and in control, Judge Ekaterina Trendafilova ruled that the prosecutor does a full disclosure of the full evidence he has against the witnesses.
Moreno Ocampo is gradually losing his grip on the case and allegation he is being manipulated might come into play if the 10 witnesses on each case he hopes to present fails to convince the court.
The disclosures will involve giving full copies of all documents with the evidence to the defense teams.
