Kenya has crafted laws that will go a long way to stymie terrorism and runaway crime in the country, intelligence sources show.
The government has proposed a law that will allow National Intelligence Service NIS officers to make arrests.
The law also gives NIS agents authority to tap on telephones of suspects who pose threats to national security.
These law’s are great for this country, we will see a sharp decline on crime since NIS officers won’t act on tip-offs, rather on real-time intelligence. SIS.
