The explosions occurred in Jeffrey Building on Francis Street in downtown Annapolis.
The other explosion was reported at Maryland Department of Transportation building in Hanover.
No one was injured in these unprecedented explosions.
Officials say that 2 packages went off causing mild explosions that were audible from a distance.
