Police arrested a 28-year-old Luis Miguel Cruz was for driving under the influence in central California killing three family members who were out for a walk.
Luis Miguel Cruz was jailed Tuesday to face hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter charges over the deaths of 20-year-old Julia Flores, her 4-year-old son, Brian, and her 47-year-old mother-in-law, Elena Flores.
